BB gun leads to charges

A 19-year-old from Brantford is facing assault with a weapon charges, after allegedly firing his BB gun at university students on Dalhousie Street.

Police say Andrew Stephen fired six shots from his window at students, because he was upset at the noise they were making during their move-in on Monday.

Two women and one man were struck, but didn’t require medical attention.
