No one aboard sunken boat

Police say divers have confirmed that no one was on a tour boat that sank in Port Dalhousie around seven Monday morning.

A photo posted on Twitter of what appears to be the boat shows how it partially sank, despite being tied to the dock.

Crews are now cleaning up an oil and gasoline spill.

Witnesses say it belongs to a local boat tour company.

An investigation is underway.
