Single mother identified as dismemberment victim

Video updated A single mother of three has been identified as the woman whose body parts were found in Mississauga and Scarborough.

Peel police say Guang Hua Liu, 41, owned a spa in Scarborough. She was reported missing August 11th, and was last seen the afternoon of the previous day.

A woman’s head, foot and two hands were discovered in the Credit River last week. Over the weekend, two calves, a thigh and an arm were found in West Highland Creek.

Investigators say this was an isolated incident, and that there is no danger to the general public. They are on the hunt for a suspect.
