Police need help with hit & run

The public’s help is being sought in connection with a hit-and-run involving a cyclist.

Hamilton police say the 89-year-old man was riding his bike on Grays Road North near Highway 8 when he was clipped by a black Nissan shortly after 9 Wednesday night.

The man lost control and fell.

The vehicle sped off.

The cyclist is in serious but stable condition.

Police hope someone has information about the vehicle.

The black Nissan has silver trim around the windows plus the casing around the passenger side mirror is missing.
