Motorcyclist hit in Hamilton

A 58 year old motorcyclist managed to escape without major injuries, after his bike collided with an SUV.

It happened around 10 Monday morning at the intersection of Barton Street and Gage Avenue in Hamilton.

Police say the driver of the SUV was trying to turn left when the collision happened.

The 61 year old driver of the SUV has been charged.
