Stafford family to have say at Rafferty sentencing

After a grueling ten-week trial, the second person convicted in Tori Stafford’s murder will be sentenced tomorrow.

On Friday, Michael Rafferty was found guilty of first-degree murder, sexual assault causing bodily harm, and kidnapping. And while a life sentence is automatic, the 31-year old’s sentencing hearing will provide another level of closure for the Stafford family, as they will face Tori’s killer and tell him how Tori’s murder has impacted their lives.
