Oakville waterfront

An agreement between a land developer and Oakville means the town now owns more than 54-hundred square metres of prime waterfront and trails on the Edgemere Estates.

The lands, which used to belong to one of the most expensive homes in the country, were purchased by Edgemere Estates Limited.

The company tore down the house to construct exclusive condo’s and private homes.

As part of the agreement a public park and trail system will be constructed by the builder.
