Dundas Top Chef

A local man is testing his cooking skills as he battles to become Canada’s Top Chef.

Gabriel Cruz is a sous chef at Quatrefoil in Dundas, and he’s one of 16 hopefuls from across the country who are competing for a $100, 000 grand prize. He has enjoyed the experience but says it was tough on the nerves.
