Lister getting ready to welcome tenants

It’s one of the biggest renovation projects in Hamilton’s history; and in just a few weeks you’ll have the chance to take a tour and see how the city has spent millions in taxpayer cash.

It’s hard not to be curious about what it looks like now when driving or walking by. On the outside, the details have been restored. When you walk by the windows you see a lot of construction workers, inside.

Soon, retail shops will open on the ground floor. And while you can’t go inside just yet, Sean Cowan got a sneak peek.
