Teen charged in fatal crash

A teenaged driver has been charged after a fatal collision near Durham late last month.

17 year old James Wilton was a passenger in a minivan that collided with a transport truck.

He died in the crash.

Police say the driver has been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle causing death and dangerous operation of a vehicle causing bodily harm.
