Rider killed in Brantford

A Brantford man who was killed while riding his bike Thursday night has now been identified.

60 year old Alan Derasp was hit by a car just before 6:30 on Cockshutt Road.

He was pronounced dead at the scene.

There’s no word yet if any charges will be laid.
