Occupy Toronto case in court

In the wake of yesterday’s clashes between Occupy Wall Street protestors and New York police — today a judge heard arguments over the eviction order for occupy protestors from a downtown Toronto park.

Protesters say that would undermine their freedom of expression. Our Lisa Hepfner has been in court all day and has the latest.
