Hamilton robberies at gun point

Hamilton Police Services are looking for a gunman after two armed robberies on Hamilton Mountain Friday morning.

Just before 2:30am. a canine team started a search near Monarch Road and West 4th Street after a man said he’d been robbed of his money and cell phone by someone pointing a gun at him.

Earlier, a gunman with the same description robbed someone else a few blocks away near West 1st and Wembley Road.

That time, the suspect was with other men in a stolen red car, which took off.
