Norwich crash claims a life

A father of three from Norwich has died after his car crashed into a tractor pulling a grain wagon.

32-year old Mark Williams’ vehicle hit the wagon as the tractor was turning into a driveway on Tuesday night.
His three children, ages four, seven and eight, suffered only minor injuries.

The driver of the tractor wasn’t hurt.

Police say no charges have been laid.
