Candlelight vigil for Marissa

A candlelight vigil has shed some new light on the shocking murder of two year old Marissa Whelan.

Relatives are hinting that something was very wrong inside the toddler’s Fort Erie home; and a watchdog group claims that authorities knew Marissa was at risk more than a year ago.
