Bergez makes final court appearance

The man who tried to change the way you buy prescription eyeglasses made his final appearance in court Friday.

Bruce Bergez founded Great Glasses, an eyewear chain that tried to use a machine to replace a licensed optometrist.

The courts intervened and said, that was illegal. But Bergez ignored the rulings for nearly eight years, until today.
