Bullied victim’s father wants tormenter sentenced to work with disabled

An Oshawa prosecutor has been given more time to prepare for a case against a 12 year old accused of assaulting and stealing from an 11 year old boy with muscular dystrophy.

Mitchell Wilson’s family believes the assault and subsequent bullying led to the boy’s suicide, just hours after Mitchell learned he would have to face his attacker in court. Lisa Hepfner has this update.
