Former Hamilton cop denied bail

A former Hamilton Police Inspector, sentenced to six months in jail for breaching his house arrest, has been denied parole.

Rick Wills, who was convicted of stealing almost $60,000 in seized drug money was arrested for violating his sentence of house arrest by playing golf.

The parole board says Wills doesn’t understand the seriousness of breaching his conditions by golfing.
