Impaired with kids in the back

A Toronto man is facing impaired driving charges, after allegedly going almost 60 kilometres over the speed limit — with two kids asleep in the back seat.

Provincial police say they pulled over the pick-up truck going almost 160 kilometres an hour and making erratic lane changes near Port Hope on Saturday night.

41 year old Mark McGuire has also been charged under the province’s racing legislation.
