Ancaster sex assault

The owner of a Harvey’s Restaurant in Hamilton’s east end has been charged with sexual assault.

Police began investigating after two employees complained. Investigators allege the man had been acting inappropriately at work for a few months.

Ali Khan, 48, was arrested Thursday at his home in Ancaster.

Police believe there could be more victims at the restaurant on Barton Street East and Grays Road.
