Tuncer murder trial continues

Friday was the third day of testimony in the trial of a turkish man charged in the 2009 murder of his estranged wife.

Cengiz Isiko is accused of stabbing Muruwet Tuncer 17 times before her throat was slit.

The couple’s daughter has testified she had seen her father hit her mother on more than one occasion.

The victim’s sister also testified that the couple had a rocky relationship and that the family knew they had problems.
