Niagara

A paramedic team from Niagara has placed first in a national paramedic competition.

The event held in Durham over the weekend of April 9-10 showcased paramedics’ skill and knowledge.

The paramedics challenge includes practical scenarios as well as academic tests.

The Niagara team beat out competitors from Ontario, B.C. and the Netherlands.
