Arrests made in Welland B & E’s

Niagara police have charged three men and two women after several break-ins in the Welland area.

Police say three men were seen breaking into a residence in Pelham.

An investigation led to the arrest of two women who were trying to hide some property that was stolen earlier in the day.

Police have charged 42-year-old Peter McMillan of Welland with six counts of break and enter and a number of other charges.

47-year-old Jesse Napper of Welland and 19-year-old Phillip McMillan of Fort Erie, also face multiple charges.

35-year-old Georgia Gray of Welland is charged with two counts of break and enter and one count of possession of stolen property.

All four were due in court today.

22-year-old Jessie Blaint-Szpak of Welland is charged with one count of possession of a weapon and one count of stolen property.

She is due in court in March.
