Construction worker directing traffic struck and killed by van

We now know who was killed in last night’s deadly crash at a construction site on the Hamilton mountain.

Luigi Stinellis, 59, was directing traffic when he was hit by a mini van and thrown into the front of a backhoe. Kate Carnegie reports.
