One of the men sentenced Friday in the Hamilton Hindu Samaj Temple arson case is in trouble with the law again.

Scott Ryan was sentenced after pleading guilty to mischief in a fire that gutted the Temple in 2001.

Saturday Ryan was back in court facing new charges related to a domestic incident on Friday.

He’s charged with uttering threats and breach of probation.

Police would not provide any more details on the latest charges saying only that it could put the victim in danger.

For his role in Temple arson, Ryan was sentenced to three years probation, 80 hours of community service and was ordered to pay $10,000 to charity.

The Temple was rebuilt with help from the community.

At the time, in the wake of the 9/ll terror attacks, Police described it as a hate crime.

Two other men also pleaded guilty and both received similar sentences.

Ryan has once again been released on bail, he will appear in court in January.
