Lawyers working on the Tim Bosma murder case will be in court today for a judicial pre-trial.

Dellen Millard and Mark Smich have been charged with first-degree murder in Bosma’s death. Bosma never returned to his home in Ancaster after a test drive on May 6, 2013.

His burned remains were found a week later on Millard’s family farm near Waterloo. Millard and Smich are expected to go to trial next fall.

They’re set to appear in court again on December 19th to discuss trial dates.
