Hamilton sex offender investigated for jail assault

Hamilton Police say they are investigating assault allegations against convicted sex offender Keith Constantin.
He was re-arrested in August, after breaching a condition of his peace bond.
According to the Chair of Corrections for the Ontario Public Service Employees Union Dan Sidsworth, Constantin threw urine and feces at two guards.
Sidsworth says he’s been removed from the Hamilton-Wentworth Detention Centre, and sent to another facility.
Constantin recently served a 5-year sentence for sexually assaulting a blind woman and a boy in a park.
Police issued a rare public notice, warning residents about his release.
