Emergency crews responded to a multi-vehicle crash in Hamilton’s downtown that left a SUV on its side.

The crash happened on MacNab and Charlton avenue just after 2 o’clock this afternoon. One person was taken by paramedics to hospital, but is expected to be OK.

The intersection was closed off for a short time as tow trucks removed the two cars.

There is no word if any charges will be laid.
