Cosmopolitan fashion show

A fashionable fundraiser was held tonight in Hamilton – and you may recognize some of the models.

Morning Live‘s Annette Hamm strutted her stuff on the catwalk at the 2014 Ancaster Rotary Club fashion show, held at Michelangelo’s. Some 400 people were watching models — including Evening News anchor Nick Dixon — wearing clothes chosen by local retailers.

The theme of tonight’s show was A Cosmopolitan Affair. All proceeds are going towards a new chemo medication-dispensing robot for the Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre.

Also hitting the catwalk tonight: Olympic gold medalist Laura Fortino and city councillor Lloyd Ferguson.
