73rd Canadian International Air Show happening this long weekend

The long weekend is right around the corner and it’s also when the 73rd Canadian International Air Show will take place.

Major Kristin “BEO” Wolfe flying the F-35A will be part of the closing act. Wolfe is the first female pilot to lead a single ship demonstration team.

The executive director of the show says there are lots to see and new this year the Canadian Forces Skyhawks will jump into Lake Ontario.

Three skydivers will exit an aircraft at 6,000 feet. “They’ll get together use pyro techniques, do their formation and they’ll land in the water.”

The 73rd Annual Canadian International Air Show will take place on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Tickets are still available and the show will also be live-streamed online.
