43-year-old man killed while biking on highway ramp in Niagara Falls

A 43-year-old man biking on a highway ramp in Niagara Falls Saturday night was killed when he was hit by a passing driver.
Ontario Provincial Police say the incident happened on the ramp of Highway 405 and Stanley Ave. around 11:20 p.m. Saturday night.
The 43-year-old man was reportedly biking along the ramp when he was hit. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The ramp was temporarily closed, but has since reopened.
There is no word on whether the driver will be facing any charges or what may have caused the collision.
Burlington OPP are continuing to investigate this incident. Drivers in the area between 11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. with dash cameras are encouraged to check their footage and contact police.
