20-year-old killed in crash on HWY 403 near Brant County

Ontario provincial police are investigating a crash early Sunday morning in Brant County that killed a 20-year-old.

Officers responded to a collision where one vehicle moving eastbound on Highway 403 left the roadway and fell into a wooded area near mile marker 22.

First responders transported the driver to an area hospital where they were later pronounce dead.

The department have not disclosed the person’s identity at this time.

Police closed the eastbound lanes of Highway 403 between Middle Townline and Rest Acres Roads until around noon.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
