No one injured after major vehicle fire on QEW in Lincoln
It was slow-going for drivers on the Toronto-bound QEW in Lincoln late Wednesday morning after a pickup truck caught fire.
Emergency crews responded around 11:30 a.m. to the highway near Victoria Ave., where the truck was fully engulfed in flames on the shoulder.
First responders arrived to thick, black smoke that was visible from several kilometres away.
Ontario Provincial Police say no one was injured in the vehicle fire.
Drivers in the area experienced major delays, but officers have since cleared the scene.
