Snow doesn't ice Port Dover's Friday the 13th

This is the first of three 'Friday the 13ths' on the calendar this year.
That typically means one thing for bikers and the town of Port Dover: crowds. But the winter weather put a bit of a freeze on the numbers. Sharon McCulloch was there.
